MultiSec Thread
This high security thread is based on YPB's patented Multisec Fibre® technology. The co-extruded bi-component filament fibre are drawn out for orientation and combined with two high tenacity filament fibre giving the 3-ply yarn plenty of strength for the sewing operation. This product has been qualified on both the Kugler and Uno passport binding systems. It can be purchased lubricated or non-lubricated as preferred by the customer.
High security sewing thread manufactured for use in passports. Technology is based on the Multisec Fiber technology.
Key Features
Like MultiSec® Fibre, the thread can contain both organic and inorganic inclusions allowing authentication of both IR and UV features to happen either
